Can I refund my order?

Yes but there will be additional return costs for the buyer. You have up to two weeks to refund your order.

How long does shipping take?

We always try to ship your order within 2 days and there is an average delivery time of 2-3 days in Belgium and the Netherlands. All orders outside of this may take up to 2 weeks.

How do I know my size?

For shoes, we recommend taking a half to one size larger than your usual size. For clothing you should take your normal size.
